New Teaching Chef - Kul IN Team Is Growing

After 19 years of working in a bank, Natalija Jagunić decided to turn her hobby into a business opportunity, and finding the right education program was an important part of her business plan. She enrolled in the Professional Pastry and Confections program, became a Kul IN alumna and successfully started her own business. Now, she is returning to us as a lecturer!

Steak In Focus - New Course

How do you recognize a good product? How do you handle it and work with it properly? We created the Steak In Focus Course to answer these questions and other dilemmas relating to the topic of steak. The participants will get acquainted with different techniques and cuts and learn to combine flavors and aromatic sauces with steak while learning in Kul IN practicums and professional kitchen.
