Food and different cuisines always provide us with a lesson in culture, history and geography, as they represent a characteristic way of living and being. Having that in mind, we can safely deduce that national cuisines are the symbol of national spirit and soul. Hospitality, sense of humor and way of life – everything is encompassed and conveyed through the national cuisine. International Week of Italian Cuisine is, therefore, a snapshot of Italy in a particular time and place. It is an exclusive opportunity for everybody to experience authentic charm that permeates Italian cuisine.
For the third year in a row, Italian cuisine enthusiasts get to celebrate and enjoy Italy and its gastronomy throughout the world. Culinary Institute Kul IN has had the privilege to be the hotspot for promoting Italian cuisine in this part of the world over the years. This year is no different, and we are co-organizing International Week of Italian Cuisine in partnership with Italian Embassy and Italian Chamber of Commerce. Once again, Kul IN will be an important stop for the best Italian Michelin chefs on their culinary tour around the world. Join us this fall and let’s celebrate International Week of Italian Cuisine together!
