Artisan Ice Cream

Trends in gastronomy are always changing, and they bring fresh ideas that chefs and pastry chefs can implement in their daily life. They encourage us to update our skills arsenal and introduce something new to the menu. Ice cream conceptualized as a well-rounded food item is one of the latest and most intriguing gastro trends in the world right now. Kul IN has designed a one-day course for the preparation of gourmet artisan types of ice cream and thus introduced a novelty in the gastro-educational scene in this part of Europe. The course is intended for chefs, pastry chefs and other ice cream enthusiasts.

Attendees will be introduced to the preparation and characteristics of ice cream and gelato and learn to think about ice cream outside the traditional, sweet context, and consider the possibility of ice cream as a savory option and main course.
