
Gastronomy and hospitality are bouncing back and creating new job opportunities. We are happy that we can be a part of that story and help our alumni and students find job opportunities even in these unprecedented times. Therefore, we have organized a Career Day with our partners from the Bed&Breakfast hotel Blu, intended for all of our students and alumni looking for job and internship opportunities.
We are thrilled to see gastronomy and hospitality industries emerge victorious out of the confusion the pandemic has caused. This process begins now. Gastronomy professionals have proved once again that we are a very flexible branch of economy, ready to bounce back and take on exciting challenges. With that in mind, Kul IN has organized a Career Day for our alumni and students, in partnership with a lovely B&B hotel Blu from the picturesque Istrian town of Rovinj. The Career Day will be held on April 20, 2021 from 12 PM to 5 PM at Kul IN.
During the Career Day, the students will introduce themselves to the Blu team, submit their resumes and our partners from Blu will conduct job interviews.
Furthermore, students and guests will enjoy the cooking show and masterclass created by the Blu team - Marko Aćimović, Lorenzo Bercan and the executive chef Roko Nikolić, a chef we are proud to call a part of the Kul IN alumni family.
We will witness them reimagine the concept of modern bistrology and see the team prepare 4 a la carte dishes. Stay tuned for the photos, and read the interview we did with Roko when he had just finished Kul IN.
