The aim of this short but intense course is to provide students with concrete skills in pastry-making, introduce them with the latest equipment, and prepare them for success against the challenges of professional pastry. During the course, participants can master five specific branches of confections: pralines, macarons, éclair, petit fours, 3D cakes and contemporary cakes.

The newest trends in pastry-making highlight innovative and creative designs.
