Kul IN beer master and lecturer Sanel Subašić will introduce students to the charm of brewing, let them in on the fresh trends of craft brewing and the details and opportunities that beer offers to chefs and other culinary experts. Beer has been Sanel’s love and passion for many years. He was a collector of beer corks, studied various types and styles of beer, but he decided to raise his love for beer production to a higher level. Sanel learned that beer can be produced at home and so began his exciting craft brewing career. Today, Sanel is Kul IN’s latest lecturer, who professionally and enthusiastically passes on his knowledge and experiences with the students.
