The Week of Italian Cuisine is almost upon us – an event organized by the Italian Trade Agency, the Italian culinary school ALMA La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana and the Culinary Institute Kul IN from Croatia. This Week of Italian Cuisine will showcase Italian food through a masterclass, culinary competition and various educational and entertaining events.
This year’s emphasis is on the one-day culinary competition and we are pleased to invite all chefs to apply and take the opportunity to win a scholarship to study at the Italian culinary school ALMA La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana and at Kul IN. This competition encourages professional development and provides chefs with a platform to meet international colleagues, practice professional communication and showcase their culinary talent.
The competition will be held at the end of the November at the Culinary Institute Kul IN, and here’s how to apply:
