After his internship in the renowned Michelin restaurant in Florence, Borgo Santo in the City, and successfully completing his education for the Professional chef of Italian cuisine, which has taken him to the heart of Tuscany, Krešimir Oblak is just beginning to realize his vision of gastronomy. After an extraordinary opportunity, Krešimir has decided to stay in Italy for some time and take advantage of all that this capital of gastronomy offers. With big plans for further learning and exploration of world cuisine, Krešo has shared with us his experiences so far.
