Dina Frleta
Dina Frleta is a chef with more than ten years of experience in the hospitality industry, during which she has led kitchens, created menus, and managed culinary teams. Throughout her career, she has developed a broad skill set, ranging from working in dynamic à la carte kitchens and seasonal concepts to leading teams in demanding operational environments, including tourism and yacht services.
A significant part of her professional development was shaped as an executive chef and manager at Zrno Bio Bistro, one of the leading vegetarian and vegan concepts in Croatia, where she contributed to the development of a sustainable kitchen and a modern approach to plant-based gastronomy. As the head chef of AHA Wine Bar & Restaurant, she focuses on combining high-quality ingredients, contemporary flavors, and a relaxed yet professional dining experience.
As an educator, she emphasizes the idea that this profession is about people and for people. She believes that cooking is a form of expression and that food carries the personality and authentic story of the chef. For this reason, in her work with students, she encourages individuality, creativity, and the development of a personal style, but only after mastering essential culinary techniques and foundations.
