We are proud to say that the best pastry chef in the world, Maša Salopek, began her professional journey at Kul IN as a Professional Pastry and Confections student.
At yesterday’s award ceremony for The Best Chef, pastry chef and Kul IN alumna Maša Salopek, who currently works in a two-Michelin-star restaurant Hiša Franko was named the best pastry chef in the world. The prestigious The Best Chef Award is conferred on the winners by other professionals, making it one of the most coveted titles in the gastro world.
After the Professional Pastry and Confections program, she worked in many renowned restaurants such as Dubravkin Put, Plavi podrum and the Lone Hotel in Rovinj. She settled as part of the Hiša Franko‘s team a few years ago.
