Culinary Institute Kul IN is a unique culinary school in that we offer students the extraordinary opportunity to enhance their professional skills in the culinary, pastry and restaurant business, mostly through mentored, hands-on training. Our exquisite team of mentors, all renowned professional chefs with international work experience, is now offering individually tailored culinary courses in Kul IN’s spacious, industrially equipped kitchen.

These unique courses allow participants to develop their present knowledge and skills while working towards their personal goals in the culinary industry. Kul IN’s team of mentors works closely with the group of students to create lectures and workshops that uniquely identify and conquer individual challenges and help each student progress towards his or her personal goal.

Within these courses, participants have the option to concentrate on progressing in one of the following areas of the culinary arts: basic culinary techniques, pastries, Italian cuisine, traditional Croatian cuisine, Catering and Buffet, food decorations and serving, menu creation, and business planning. Participant groups are also welcome to request other areas of concentration and we will be happy to guide them towards their goals. Along with receiving hands-on training, participants can also request wine tastings and visits to local farms and various production centres as a part of this course.
